Weekly Report 13: 11/26 - 12/3
This week consisted of changing topics to freelance art! Feelings toward the class have picked up as a result. The struggle for finding a mentor has started over but a phone interview has already been scheduled. There were no goals for this week as the primary focus was exploring the new topic and finding a new path for the year. I guess that could be considered a goal, and in that case it was achieved. Going forward, more calls will be made with less stress, and creating the original work will be more enjoyable.
Work ethic was greatly improved as the work being done now doesn't necessarily feel like work. It is fun and enjoyable, and therefore makes completing assignments and working on the original product much easier. Assessment 9 is going well and is allowing growth in overall knowledge about the field. Time was managed as well as possible and less time is spent worrying and being stressed.
For this next week a goal is to complete assessment 9. Another goal is to not stress or worry and just enjoy creating art. As long as focus is kept on doing what is enjoyable and fun, the other work will fall into place. This will allow for progress on the original work and in revising the website and other organizing documents.
