Weekly Report 16: 1/7 - 1/14
This past week was extremely productive. From meeting with Milessa twice to finishing up the original work portfolio, a lot was accomplished towards ISM goals. All goals were achieved and the original work came out better than anticipated for only having changed topics in December. Meeting with Milessa was extremely helpful towards achieving this as she helped critique some pieces and improve the technical skill on the oil paintings in the portfolio.
Work ethic was better than it has ever been. Since the topic was changed last minute, there was a vast amount of work to catch up on over the past few weeks. Most free time was spent perfecting the artworks in the portfolio and correcting any documentation for the project. Therefore, time was spent appropriately and work was completed efficiently.
Going into next week, research showcase is the primary focus. Finishing up last details and making sure everything is in order for that is extremely important. Going over speaking points will also be important so as to be prepared to speak with people about the work completed during the first semester. Â Also, meeting with Milessa again to discuss final product and goals for this semester is something I hope to achieve in this upcoming week.
