Weekly Report 11: 10/30 - 11/5
This week was primarily focused on the research presentation and original work. Assessment 9 was cancelled, which allowed for deeper involvement in research for the original work. This proved extremely helpful as working with different programs for digital models is important to creating this. The idea for this project was not revised, as it was not deemed necessary. Overall, this week was successful in research. Cold calls were difficult this week as it is still difficult to get in contact with radiologists.
Due to past learning, it has been gathered that calling radiology offices in the afternoon poses better results. Thus, this is the strategy that has taken over for making cold calls. However, no success has been had for obtaining another interview. Work ethic was fine this week and all work was completed on time. Work ethic in preparation for future deadlines such as research presentation and original work was also great.
This upcoming week will be even more focused on calls as an interview with a neurointerventional radiologist is extremely necessary at this point. The research presentation will also need polishing in preparation for friday. A goal for next week is to obtain an interview and have a great research presentation. Also, make more headway in the original work.
