Off Week

Weekly Report 12: 11/6 - 11/12

This week was not as productive as originally hoped. Outside schoolwork is somewhat taking over and outside of class commitments are requiring more time. The goal was to obtain an interview for this week and it was not achieved. This is discouraging, as it is seeming more impossible to obtain an interview. However, this mindset is ridiculous when put into perspective and will not be continued into next week. The research presentation was a nice morale boost on Friday as it went well and it was nice to see the compiled work that has been completed thus far. Getting through to Radiology Associates of North Texas was also important as it allowed for contact to be established but it has not branched out into any interviews yet.

Work ethic was somewhat mediocre this week. Overall this week was productive but continuously not obtaining goals has proven difficult for seeing progress and personal growth. However, the research presentation was fun as it put the work completed this semester into perspective and allowed for a bit of positivity.

Going into next week, cold calls really need to be a primary focus again. Without interviews growth is impossible, so speaking with a professional needs to be my absolute priority next week.  Positivity will need to be a topic of focus as well because without optimism, progress will be further halted.
