Weekly Report 7: 10/2 - 10/8
This week was insanely hectic. It started with an interview on Tuesday, followed by business symposium on Wednesday, which was concluded with a football game on Thursday. Thankful does not even begin to describe feelings towards a four day weekend. A goal for this week was to accomplish everything lined up on the schedule, and this was done. Feedback from the interview and business symposium was incredible and will help in the future.
Work ethic was fantastic this week. Staying on top of all the tasks that needed completion was hard but accomplished. Overall, this week's work ethic was more face to face rather than typing on a computer. This is great as interpersonal experiences will be extremely helpful when entering a mentorship and going into a career in the future. Time was managed appropriately and allowed for effective work and quality interview preparation.
As this week can be categorized as a big success, it is understood that success needs to be built upon. It is promising to know it is only up from here, but there will be lots of hard work put in to make that upward climb. Going into next week, another interview needs to be scheduled and contact needs to be reestablished with Baylor Scott and White Frisco. The ambitious goal for next week is to obtain two interviews and follow up with places previously called.
